The Morvan, a mountainous area of medium altitude, is a rugged region with deep valleys in which streams and torrents flow. Covered with forests surrounding numerous lakes and ponds, the numerous paths of the Morvan will allow you to discover the multiple landscapes of the region and its preserved nature.

Abbaye de la Pierre qui Vire and Ecomuseum Vauban
About 20 km from the estate is the town of Saint-Léger-Vauban, known for its Benedictine abbey in the heart of the Morvan forest and then the Vauban Ecomusée, entirely dedicated to the life and work of Marshal de Vauban, native of the village.

François Pompon Museum
3 minutes from the estate, in Saulieu, the Francois Pompon museum is a museum of archaeology, ethnology, history and fine arts. It is largely dedicated to the Burgundian animal sculptor François Pompon. The museum is labeled Musée de France.

Lac des Settons, 20 minutes from the estate, is one of the largest lakes in Morvan.
